ATV GROUP DISCOUNTS

Group Rates Available Sunday-Friday, (except holidays)

Book 5 or more side by side’s and get 10% discount.

Please be advised that in the event that one of your group’s side by side breaks down we will do our best to get you back on your rental as soon as possible.  (We only rent late model units, and perform stenus preventive maintenance.)  We will be happy to credit lost time for the one unit that breaks down but not to the entire group.  Northeast ATV will not refund groups for lost time who get flat tires driving aggressively or too fast in rocky areas.

CLOTHING

Northeast ATV Rentals recommends you wear long pants with closed toed shoes.  Eye protection is required by law, we include open and closed faced helmets with your rentals.  You may wear your own sunglasses with the open faced helmets or purchase a pair from us.  We offer them as low as $3 for your protection.  Be prepared for New England’s quick changing weather, have a sweatshirt, light jacket and/or rain coat. We want all of our riders to be warm and happy!

ATV RULES

  • All renters must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • All atv drivers must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license to operate a side by side.
  • Drinking and driving will not be tolerated, Northeast Snowmobile and ATV rentals will not rent an ATV to anyone who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  Penalties and fines will be applied to your drivers license in New Hampshire.
  • Helmets are provided and required for all operators and passengers.
  • Customers are responsible for flats caused by driving too fast or aggressively over rocky areas.  Northeast ATV is not responsible for lost rental time do to flat tires.
  • Do not drive your ATV into mud holes,  Northeast ATV rentals damage waiver will not cover damage from driving off trail or into mud holes.
  • Maximum trail speed 25 MPH, Trail connectors 15 MPH, Bridges, sidewalks, trail junctions and parking lots 10MP

ATV ETHICS:

  • Always operate at a reasonable rate of speed for the conditions and within your ability.
  • Slow down when driving in the dark.
  • Always drive on the right hand side of the trail and park to the right in single file off the edge of the trail.
  • Stay on designated trails and respect landowner’s property.
  • Do not attempt to pass atv’s in front of you,it for them to pull safely out of your way.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Northeast ATV requires a 25%  advance deposit to hold all reservations.  This deposit will be used toward your rental.
  • This deposit is fully refundable with a 48 hour cancellation notice.
  • No Shows will be charged the entire rental fee.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours, you will forfeit the deposit amount.
  • Rental time begins at the scheduled reservation time, not the time you arrive . We recommend individuals arrive 30 minutes prior to Rental time and complete paperwork and safety video in advance.
  • There is a $100 per hour late fee when returning your ATV late. Sorry, getting lost is not a valid excuse.  Please keep in mind that a later return also affects the customer renting the ATV immediately after you.
  • All rentals are responsible for gas and any damages.

DAMAGE WAIVER (DW):

Waiver Fee:

$9 One hour Rental
$15 Two Hour Rental
$24 Half Day Rental
$39 Full Day Rental

    • No Credit Card Authorization is Required with the purchase of an optional Damage Waiver (DW).
    • If a DW is not purchased, a $1500 debit/credit card authorization security deposit is required per ATV.
    • If individuals purchase the DW it will limit the amount of damages to $500.

 

DW LIMITS: RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FIRST $500 OF DAMAGES.

 

Please note that Damage Waiver only covers damages to the ATV you are renting, not for damages done to others and/or others property.  Damage waiver will not cover damages caused by driving off marked trails, going over posted MPH or into mud holes.  Customers are responsible for flat tires and bent rims, lost time do to this will not be refunded or granted.
