Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations.

Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental. If you cancel, your 20% reservation deposit is forfeited. Day-of cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance of the reservation. Groups of five machines or more must give at least 72 hours notice.

Damage Waiver Terms

*A damage waiver with a $1000 maximum out of pocket expense is included in the rental rate. You may upgrade your damage waiver to limit your liability to a $500 maximum out of pocket expense per machine(The card will only be charged if damages occur during the rental period).
