Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations.

Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental. If you cancel, your 20% reservation deposit is forfeited. Day-of cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance of the reservation. Groups of five machines or more must give at least 72 hours notice.

Damage Waiver Terms

A damage waiver with a $1000 maximum out of pocket expense is included in the rental rate. You may upgrade your damage waiver to limit your liability to a $500 maximum out of pocket expense per machine. A credit-preauthorization will be required per-machine, but will only be charged if there are damages or you return late.

Clothing & Gear

We offer rental clothing to keep you warm on the trails, along with a selection of retail apparel and gear available for purchase. Inventory is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early for the best selection. All retail sales in Maine are subject to a 5.5% sales tax.
