AdventureAssure & Trail Support Fee: Mandatory fee covering industry-leading vehicle damage protection, driver liability coverage, accident insurance, trail support hotline, and loss of use and recovery. For more information and coverage details, see Coverage Terms.

Tandem Seat: All of our snowmobiles can be equipped with a tandem seat for an additional passenger for $70.

Trip Protection: Cancel your reservation for any reason right up until your start time for a full refund, less the cost of trip protection. It is $35 per machine per day.

Rental Clothing: We offer rental clothing to keep you warm on the trails, along with a selection of retail apparel and gear available for purchase. Inventory is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early for the best selection. Helmets are provided. All retail sales in Maine are subject to a 5.5% sales tax.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure all reservations. With the required advance notice, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward another rental within the same season.

Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental. With the required notice, the 25% deposit may be applied as a credit toward another rental within the same season. Cancellations or reschedules with less than the required notice forfeit the deposit and will be charged the full remaining balance. Groups of five machines or more must give at least 72 hours’ notice.

All of our machines are equipped with Ride-Command GPS to guide your rental. Staff will highlight a suggested route for you based on your rental time and preferences. We highly recommend that you download the Polaris Ride Command App on your phone as well.
